Photo & Video Release Consent
By participating in any Miami Shooting Tour experience, you grant Stronghold Firearms Academy the right to capture photos and videos of you and your group during the session.
You consent to the use of these images and videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media platforms, website content, and marketing materials.
If you prefer not to have your images used, you must explicitly notify us in writing before your scheduled experience.
Cancellation, Refund & Chargeback Policy
Reservation & Payment Policy
By booking a Shooting Range Experience Tour, Training Course, or any other service provided by Miami Shooting Tour, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Refund Policy:
Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled experience time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled experience time or failure to arrive at the designated time will result in forfeiture of the full payment. No refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your experience, you must notify us at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree that:
1. All payments made within 2 hours of the scheduled time are final and non-disputable. You waive any rights to file a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company or bank.
2. Miami Shooting Tour reserves the right to provide proof of our cancellation policy, reservation confirmation, and service details to dispute any unauthorized chargeback requests.
3. Any fraudulent chargeback claims will result in legal action to recover funds, including additional fees associated with the dispute process.
Service Locations & Scheduling
Miami Shooting Tour operates in three different locations depending on the type of service booked (Experience Tour, Training Course, Tactical Training, or Private Sessions).
The specific location for your reservation will be assigned after payment confirmation and based on the type of service booked. It is your responsibility to carefully review the details provided in your confirmation message.
Failure to arrive at the assigned location does not qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
Miami Shooting Tour reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any experience due to severe weather conditions, safety concerns, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, we will offer an alternative booking date or a credit for future use. No cash refunds will be provided.
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
